Wow, one thing I immediately notice and I just love about this photo is the warm tan overtones. The composition is effective as well. The cutting off of the eyes in a way depersonalizes it to a point where you feel sort of ... as if it could be someone you know (or at least, that's what it feels like to me but then again I think I might have someone in mind.)
The rounding of the edges also gives it a softer impression as well. If you don't mind me asking, how did you achieve those warm overtones? Did you use a filter or were they added in digitally later on?
