With this picture I can not see much wrong in any form, it is well executed, looks amazing on my monitor for the colors really are subtle yet sand out.
My only pick at it would be that the prince could look a lot more sexier, attractive. The Armour is very nice but not as detailed as the woman's outfit. In general she has a lot more character a feeling than the prince. The background itself is somewhat simple, it would have been good to make the background darker so that the foreground pops out a you a lot more and bring it even more to life.
Well done, I give this 5 super Mario stars!

It's a very romantic piece. The brush work is nice, but it also feels like it competes with the feel of the work as a whole. The shading of the general doesn't place him behind the princess very well-but that may have been done to keep him as strong a person as the princess in the foreground. I am not sure if he is embracing her or standing uncomfortably close. The patterns of her inner clothing is nice. If the rest of the clothing was done in the same detail and clarity then I think the picture would feel more cohesive. In all, the composition as a whole is successful.

I love your use of detail, and the nice way you have separated the two with their own colour schemes - It makes for a very effective composition. I particularly like the females face - just enough detail to provide expressiveness, and I love the eyes and her jawline.
