Description [I DID IT AAAA!! Also, sorry for my bad english.]

---

It was a quiet Monday morning. Lena had woken up early to get ready and go to school, after all the teachers had warned that there would be new exchange students and she was hoping they’re cute. After a good breakfast, Lena left for the school bus, sitting next to her best friend and talking about the news.

When they arrived at school, everything happened the normal way, got off the bus and went to the school's yard until the alarm sounded to go to their respective classrooms. Lena walked away for a moment from her friend so that she could go to the dumpster to throw a small paper packaging of candy that she had eat earlier. As she threw the paper, she took her gaze to a tree that was a little distant from there. Strange tree, it had a symbol on it. Lena took a few steps closer, enough so she could see the symbol. It was a circle with an X inside. She shrugged, some student should have done that foolishness, she would tell the principal later, after all the trees couldn't be mistreated like that.

The bell rang, all the students went to their classrooms and Lena and her friend were the most eager to meet the new students. Everyone standing by their desks as the principal came in, bringing two new students into the classroom. Lena's smile fell on seeing the students, for her, they weren't beautiful ... They're from poorer countries and Lena was a somewhat intolerant person for "things" of that sort. Her friend, on the contrary, had adored the first student that had entered, he would surely be her future husband for life, at least she thought so. Lena looked at her friend's smile with a look of contempt. Lena was the kind of person who says, "It's not prejudice, BUT ..." but it wasn't her fault, but of the education her parents had given her about different cultures.

To her unhappiness, one of the students would sit next to her for the rest of the year, you can imagine she didn't like it. But she couldn't change it.

The hours passed, in a moment, a pencil fell to the floor. Lena's pencil. Who rescued her pencil was the new student at her side, Orion. He returned the pencil to Lena, who took it with her fingertips, with a look of judgment on the boy.

"I don't need your help to get my pencil, but thank you for having returned it and not stolen it." - said the arrogant girl, wiping the pencil on her shirt.

Orion said nothing back and looked down. Lena's friend, against her, had been disappointed by her action, but also said nothing. In moments like these, it's like everyone stopped to appreciate the beauty of silence.

The hours passed until the classes end, and - finally to Lena - they could go home. On the bus back to home, Lena was silent all the way, she was pissed off. Then she decided to listen some music on her cell phone, but every song she chose, all she could heard was 12 seconds of music and the rest were horrible noises that made her take off her headphones quickly. Great, now defective cell phone. It was all she needed now.

She got off the bus as if her life was the worst of all, typical juvenile drama. The only good thing for her was that on Saturday night would have a party at the house of one of the veterans, so she would have to put up with the new student the whole week.

She was heading for the stairs when her mother called her.

"Honey, don't you want some dinner? I made chicken the way you like it." - Said the woman with a gentle smile.

"Give your chicken for someone else." - The girl said angrily and went up to her room.

She went to her bed and picked up her notebook. There was a friend she always talked to, and that friend lived far away from, so she always updated the girl about new things that happened, things like that.

She opened Skype and started the voice conversation.

"Ugh, you will not believe what happened to me." - Lena said in her most dramatic voice.

"What happened? Did your parents take your allowance again?" - Asked the other girl, teasingly.

"No, I'd rather it was that. Two new boys came into my classroom, exchange students."

"Cool. Were they cute?"

"Uuughh, just remembering makes me feel sick.. They are from some very awful place, and judging by the clothes and the way they look like, I don't think they even bathe, they must have used up ALL their money to get this exchange, 'cause it isn't possible.

"Don't be silly, that's not how it works. They must be very studious, they shouldn't be that bad either.."

"I don't wanna judge or anything, BUT by their face, I don't think they can even write.. I guess they don't even have a school where they live, I think that's why they made this exchange.

"Hm..."

"Not to mention that-- -xxXXXXXXxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxX

A series of noises and glitchs began to dominate her notebook, until it end on a blue screen with several X rising, then the notebook hung up.... Lena obviously was scared, What was that? It had never happened before... She imagined that maybe it was some program that she had used or some problem on Skype, because, considering, it was the only icon she had opened...

Anyway, she tried to turn her notebook back on. After a few long minutes she managed, sighing with relief that it was not broken. She opened Skype again and called her friend.

"Geez, my notebook hung up on its own, made some strange noises, I was afraid it was broken. I think I spent about 20 minutes trying to turn it back on, I'm glad I managed." - Lena said with a silly laugh.

"... What? But that's impossible, you didn't stop talk to me for a second..." - Her friend said a little confused, imagining that this was some kind of joke or something.

"Uh? How?? After it hung up I spent a long time trying to turn it back on again. Didn't you just hear me trying to do this? Maybe it continued "connected" in some way and only the screen went off, or something."

"No, Lena. You kept talking to me all the time, about how you were hating that boy and how stupid that was in your head that you could not fix 'cause you had shit instead of your brain."

"Are you mocking me for I don't liking someone?" - Lena asked indignantly.

"No! It was you who spoke these things."

"I didn't say anything, I couldn't even finish a sentence when my notebook hung up."

"Look, if you're going to act like a fool, then I'm leaving. I have something better to do." - Lena's friend said before she hung up.

Lena had a look of confusion on her face, she would never say something like that of herself, but her friend was not accustomed to lying, at least not to her. What had happened?

She tried to ignore it. She realized that the light on her webcam was on, but she wasn't using it, she stared at the little light, which quickly hung up 10 seconds after she approached. She shrugged and put the notebook on the desk, left it open because she would still use it. She got up and left the room... She was hungry. And to think she'd have to make some excuse to her mother for ignoring the chicken earlier ... Luckily her mother was in a good mood. After dinner she returned to her room. Closed the window, used the notebook for a few more minutes and then turned it off, closing it and leaving it on the desk. For today she would only watch TV and after would go to sleep.

The next day, she woke up bothered with the sun beating on her face. Had her mother opened the window again? She've told her so many times that she didn't want to be woken up like that. She stood up, closing the window and the curtain, so the sunlight wouldn't be so strong on her face. She went to the bathroom and did her personal hygiene. As she set herself, in the wardrobe mirror, she noticed something strange on the wall. She closed the wardrobe and approached. It was a small red X. She tried to erase it with something, even soap, but it would not come out. It looked like a very strong paint.

She decided to ignore it.

She went down to breakfast and after went to the school bus. As usual, she sat down next to her friend, who tried not to talk much to her... And Lena noticed.

"What is it, Mirian? Did I do something to you? You ignored my messages and now you're gonna ignore me?"

"What? I ignored? But I answered all your messages!! Even the ones you ridiculed me." - Mirian said, looking down, clearly upset.

"Uh? I didn't ridicule you. And I just sent 2 messages. One saying hello and the other asking if you would ignore me, I gave up after that." - Lena said, folding her arms.

"No, Lena. You sent me a bunch of messages, saying that you knew about my date with the new student and when I was stupid and disgusting to get involved with a guy "like him."" - Mirian said already without patience.

"What? Wait, are you dating the new guy???" Lena looked confused and disgusted.

"Look ..." - The bus stopped in front of the school and Mirian stood up. - "You've been an asshole since yesterday, and I will not tolerate your arrogance." - Mirian said angrily and went off the bus.

Lena was bewildered for a few seconds, was her friend dating the new guy?? She only left when all the students had left the bus...

She had more to think about than just her best friend coming out with a guy "like that". Lena knew she hadn't sent any messages. Remembered the conversation with the other friend on Skype... something was very wrong.

Again she went to the dumpster to throw a paper packaging of candy and looked at the tree, but there was no more symbol... She got a little scared, but she imagined that maybe it had been done with paint and not really faceted there, and that maybe the employees had cleaned....

The bell rang and all the students went to class.

Lena didn't pay attention for even a second... She had a lot to think about...

Orion handed her a note, and when he realized it, she took the note aggressively, looking at what was written.

"Are you alright? You looks scared... "

Lena crumpled the paper and threw it back to Orion.

"I'm fine, I don't need your concern. And you don't have to gave me notes, I don't know your homeland, but here you can talk freely when teacher is correcting the task." - Lena said without even looking at the boy, who lowered his head in silence.

Mirian looked at Lena with a look of disapproval. Lena looked back and shrugged.

"What? I just said the truth."

"He is mute." - The other new student, who was standing next to Mirian, spoke to Lena with a neutral expression.

"Oh great, he can't even talk and want to study." - Lena said as arrogantly as possible.

Orion was a calm boy who cared about people, but after hearing that, he got up and left the classroom running. He had suffered bullying before for being mute and thought that a new country would better understand his situation.

"Look what you did, you don't have a heart??" - Mirian said angrily as the student next to her got up and ran out of the classroom too, behind his friend.

The teacher looked at the door where the boys had passed and then looked at Lena....

On the board of directors, Lena folded her arms, angry at the situation. Her father came to school quickly, angry with the headmistress and the teacher, he would protect his daughter until the end.

Lena wasn't taking it anymore, and she couldn't even change school because her parents insisted that she study at this one, that it was one of the best schools in town.

All week long Lena was arrogant with the new students, especially Orion, who insisted on worrying about her every time something strange happened. He was a good-hearted boy.

Finally Friday night. Saturday night would have a big party and it was really the only thing that still animated Lena. That night, Lena decided to visit Mirian, see how she was and try to redo the friendship that was already broken and probably wouldn't be repaired. As she walked past a shop, she stared at the cameras... They seemed to follow her... She tried to stop with her paranoia and moved on. Arriving at her friend's house, she rang the doorbell. She rang again and again. Finally Mirian appear, crossing her arms at the sight of Lena standing there at the door.

"What do you want?" - Mirian asked.

"Make up with you?" - Lena answered with another question, taking a box of chocolates from the bag she carried.

"..."

Mirian just accepted that Lena came in 'cause they were friends many years ago, chocolate wouldn't buy her.

In Mirian's room, they laughed and talked about subjects that were not the new boys, 'cause if they got into that subject, they would end up fighting again. Lena's cell phone rang.

"Wait a minute." - She said to Mirian and answered the phone. - "Hello? Oh, hi mom. I'm at Mirian's house...." - Lena's expression fell into despair. - "... What? Okay, I'm coming!!" - She said even more desperately.

"What???" - Mirian asked worriedly.

"My dad had an accident!" - Lena said as she grabbed her things and left the room. Mirian followed her, led her to the door."

"An accident??" - Mirian opened the door for Lena.

"I don't know, I'll go home and see. Bye, see you tomorrow at the party." Lena waved and ran away. Mirian waved back and closed the door.

Lena came into her house in desperation and crying, screaming at her mother. She ran to the living room and... perplexed and confused, stopped at the door, in front of the living room. Her mom and dad were watching TV quietly. Lena's mom got up and went to her, worried.

"What is it, my dear? Did something happen??" - She asked.

"... But... you said... Why did you say that daddy had an accident?" Lena was still in shock, so she was still crying.

".. What? Your dad didn't suffer any accident. We stayed watching TV all day." - Lena's mom said, running her hand over Lena's face to wipe the tears away.

"But you called me while I was at Mirian's house, you said he had an accident, I went into despair ..." - Lena didn't know what to feel, she just cried. Lena's mom hugged her and she hugged her back.

"Oh, darling. You must have gotten a prank call." - Her mom tried to calm her down. Her father came and ran his hand over her head.

"I'm fine, honey. You shouldn't answer unknown numbers." - He said.

"But it was from mom's number, I saw. It's registered, look." - She let go of the hug to take her phone and show... but there was nothing. Literally nothing. There were no more contacts, no messages, no apps. Her phone looked like a complete void. - "... What..."

Her parents looked at each other ... Lena had been strange for a while. They thought about taking her to a psychologist or something...

"Go to your room, dear. You're very tired." - Her mother said, running her hand through Lena's hair.

Lena went to the bedroom... Why was this happening? She didn't know. But tomorrow everything would be compensated, at least she thought.

The next day, she woke up late. She looked at the clock, it was at least about 02:30p.m. She got up and did her personal hygiene. When she entered the bathtub, she felt a blazing close to her collarbone. She left the bath and went to the mirror. There was a small cut there, shaped like a X. Now she was really scared. She couldn't remember being hurt or anything. Even more so in such a familiar shape.

She tried very hard to ignore. After her bath, she got ready and went to watch some TV, until it's time for the party. She had no more way to send messages on her phone 'cause she had lost all her contacts... But as soon as she got her phone to see, she saw that all her contacts and app were there again, and there were several messages from Mirian asking what time she would reach party.

Lena obviously was surprised, but she did answer the message anyway.

She was getting ready to go to the party, she would wear her new clothes that had been imported from rich countries. She was excited. She was hoping to find some cute boy  she could talk all night. Her parents already had not allowed her to go, 'cause they thought her daughter needed a lot of rest, so she would have to go out in hiding.

Leaving through the window, she would have to walk to Mirian's house to go to the party together. Again passing that store, the cameras seemed to follow her, but this time she just show a middle finger.

Arriving at Mirian, she hugged her friend excited.

"It will be so incredible!!" - Lena said anxiously.

"Yes! It's gonna be a great night. But Coda is going too, so please, try not to be a fool." - Mirian said referring to her new boyfriend, who was the new student.

"Ugh.. Okay. For you." - Lena smiled and hugged her friend's right arm.

Both went to the party excited. Arriving there, they ended up separating because Mirian went to stay with her boyfriend and Lena went to hunt some boy for herself. Someone touched her shoulder and left a note stuck there. The person disappeared faster than a mouse. As she picked up the note, Lena rolled her eyes as she imagined it be from Orion. But... the lyrics were different.

"Meet me in the garden."

Lena imagined it was some secret admirer. She went into the garden with all her charm, but found no one. She saw some papers on the ground, heading behind a large tree. She imagined that such an admirer was there. She picked up the papers one by one.  Reading aloud in a "sexy voice" so the admirer could hear that she was close.

The first one said, "You ...."

There was another one ahead. She picked it up. It said: "Should.."

The third said: "Talk..."

The forth, which was closer to the tree... Said "Less..."

"What..." - Lena read with a confused expression.

She didn't have time to think, she was just pulled back from the tree.

A few hours later, when the party was over. Mirian began to look for her friend, whom she couldn't see anywhere. She decided to send a message.

" Where are you? We're leaving." - Mirian typed in, worried.

"... In the garden."

" Why are you there??"

" ... "

Mirian decided to go to the garden, since her friend wouldn't explain the reason. She looked around the large garden, but saw no one.

She looked ahead, there was a large tree with a red X drawn. Behind the tree she could see an arm. It seemed Lena was sitting behind the tree. Mirian went there, worried about her friend, she might be drunk or have her heart break by some guy.

" Silly, why are you there? Come on, let's g--- AAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!"

Mirian screamed at the sight of her friend.

Lena had her head up, so her face could be well seen, her mouth was sewn, blood flowed through her nose and eyes, and her throat was totally open, it didn't look like a normal cut, it seemed like anyone who had done that, sticked their hand there and smashing it all in, tearing skin and flesh.

And finally she realized that X written in the tree, had not been made with ink... but... with bloo----- ---- --- 0000W xxxxxXXXxxxXXxxxxxxXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXxxxXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXxxXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxXXXXxx
