Bueno, bueno, ha pasado tiempo desde mi última actualización aquí. Pero no os preocupéis, no me he muerto ni nada por el estilo. Sencillamente, tengo prolongados momentos de pereza que necesito corregir . En cualquier caso, ya iba tocando actualizar por aquí, así que vamos a ello.

Hace tiempo que no exploro mucho en el panorama del cómic. No hay ninguna razón exacta para ello, pero puede que tenga que ver el hecho de que no había nada que me sorprendiese especialmente. Entonces descubrí Leave It to Chance!, una miniserie de 13 números que me sorprendió gratamente. Devil's Echo es una ciudad donde la magia y lo sobrenatural han convivido con lo cotidiano, e incluso la policía posee un departamento destinado a la investigación de crímenes sobrenaturales. El más prestigioso detective es Lucas Falconer, y su hija Chance es la protagonista de la serie. Y debo decir que me cameló desde el principio: entusiasta, curiosa, inquieta, y dispuesta a probarse a sí misma,y muy resolutiva, algo que se agradece en una protagonista femenina. Es, en una palabra, adorable, aunque probablemente no le guste que se lo digan. Y, sí, la serie es muy recomendable .

¿Y entonces el crossover con Hellboy? Bueno, tiene sentido por el hecho de que ambos se dedican a investigar lo sobrenatural. E incluso, en el cómic, Chance menciona que su padre trabajó con Hellboy en una ocasión. Así que, simplemente, decidí que el Gran Rojo de la AIDP podría encontrarse a Chance de casualidad en alguna misión xD.

Well, well, another while since my last submission. Don't worry, though, I'm not dead or anything like that; Im just incredibly lazy sometimes, a weakness I need to improve . Anyway, this place needed an update, so lets go!

I didn't explore anything in comic outlook recently. Not exactly a certain reason for that, maybe it's just there wasn't quite surprising for me. That was until I discovered Leave It to Chance!, a 13 numbered mini-series that left me pleasantly surprised. Devil's Echo is a city where magic and supernatural have always lived with daily life. Even the police has its own supernatural research department. The most famous detective is Lucas Falconer, and his daughter, Chance, is the main character. And I must say she really won over me. She's enthusiastic, curious, inquiring and always ready to prove herself, and very decisive person, something always grateful in a female character. In a single word, she's cute (something she wouldn't probably like to hear about her, though xD). So, yes, I really recommend it .

So, what about Hellboy? Well, as both of them sharing the paranormal research thing, it makes sense. And Chance, in the comic itself, says her father worked once with Hellboy. So I just decided the BPRD's Big Red could find Chance by chance, if you'll forgive the repetition XD.
