Oh I know! I even ranted for 10 minutes about this at school! The story line is exactly the same as Pocahontas, only it's futuristic. I was so mad at this movie. And the blue skin with midnight hair... honestly, they could have chosen a different color scheme.

I LOVE ALL THAT STUFF!!! Woot woot. I'm not a hater. My ex thinks that Avatar is similar to Night Elves from WoW. Just to let EVERYONE know James was working on that since the really 1990s. I'm pretty sure he doesn't read X-Men and I know that Pocahontas has nothing at all to do with Avatar.

This is why my sister hated this movie. She even found a pocahontas script were just one word changed in each sentence made the avatar story.

i hated the avatar movie. i saw it at a friend's house and i seriously hated it. Aang ( the real Avatar) should be there. he was the Avatar before Avatar came around

Pocahontas, Nightcrawler, I know you're angry about this, but don't go to the actors. They probably don't know how big of a rip-off this is of other movies. How about going behind the curtain to the real villains (villains in your eyes anyway) who are the people who made this such a ripoff of yours (namely, James Cameron)

IF YOU read the making of avatar you mite think differently, i agree with the resemblance though, mostly with pocahontas, there are many character with similarities to nightcrawler, demons, gargoyles ect, so yes the nightcrawler similarities are coincidential!!
