My fan Sailors aren't princesses, they're noble women. This is my Sailor Pulsar in her noble woman gown, aka Lady Rowankei. Now, as those of you who have seen my pics of Sailor Pulsar know, her skin color is wrong; but the Princess Maker didn't offer blue-green as an option for skin color.
