Here is Kiku like I promised! She is one out of the three other teammates of Sade.

From: Land of Water; Kirigakure; Village Hidden in the Mist

Intro into Kiku:

Kiku came into the Mist Village as a toddler from an island to the West. While she was not exactly a “rich” girl, she was not poverty stricken either and grew up rather normal.

Her family was not a ninja one, no long stream of in set traditions or followed guidelines passed down through the generations in sense of the terms fighting. In reality, she comes from a long line of professional chefs and bakers.

One of the academy directors happened to come into her family’s restaurant and she was demonstrating some of her then developing cooking skills for a small group of people and the steadiness of her hands and her coordination made the director look twice and suggested to her parents that she at least come in for some classes.

The rest is more or less history, Kiku found becoming a ninja a competitive, engaging “sport” more than a way of life.

Personality:

As suggested in her introduction, Kiku has a strong, competitive spirit. She is never one to give up very easily and constantly finds ways to better whatever she happens to be doing, whether it is with a spatula in hand or a kunai.

She has a serious nature when compared to her other teammates Minoru and Sade and while she does not take things to heart, the line she draws between play time and let’s-be-serious is thick and well-known.

Most people call her “cute but kind of evil,” as when she battles, she has an eerie grin on her face. She gets a rush from attacking head on and the idea of taking down her opponent thrills her. With her round, baby shaped face and large, innocent looking eyes; she’s got the whole image down pact.
