The drawing and coloring look great. However...
I think the animation is more of a distraction than a help :/ . It makes it harder to appreciate the image. Also, since the animation isn't very smooth (I can see the different frames like tick-tick-tick, jumping from one frame to the next instead of a nice fade.), it sort of bothers me. The animation also moves a bit too fast so it seems like this constant blinking. With a romantic moment, I think it needs to be drawn out a bit more. (For example, he touches her cheek and there is a pause as they look at each other, then slowly fade to white.) If you add some more transition frames for the fade and work on the timing a bit (so it doesn't feel so abrupt or blinky), I think your animation would be a lot better.
The picture by itself, without animation would look nice as well.
That's just what I think. Again, I do think you draw well, it's just that it was hard to look at the image and soak in the details when it was constantly disappearing and reappearing.
