Very interesting preset here. You have a lot of layers going on, which could be a nice effect, but they don't really go together. What's happening in one Effect Lists doesn't really complement the other. Think about changing that, have all the layers go together. One thing I do like is the color scheme, it keeps everything together. Just try cleaning some stuff up.
