RILEY is the fastest snail around here, but she will always accept your victory, if you beat her. She lives in DIMMED SNOWVILLE. Feel free to compete against her if you want. All you need to do is cheering your teammates.
RILEY doesn't have a specific counterpart in the REAL WORLD.

So this is another Undertale OC dedicated to one of my friends. So, meet Riley, the fastest snail around here! I chose to make her a snail bc snails are cool. Also I chose the name Riley, because my friend liked that name a lot. ^^ The design turned out not bad. This might be my favorite so far!
