Balmung from the .hack series!
is it a little...too dark?
Funny story...after looking at my Balmung img collection I went with his .hack//Link portrait....
which I then had to "get" by turning on the game and taking a picture of the screen (yeah with a camera) while forcing his portrait to appear
...Because I didn't unlock his individual Wallpaper yet ._.;

You find out the deviation number by looking at the page url
