I know the slenderarms might be a problem, but you can always change the context of the drawing? Like what if those are really the Princes arms! and she's just perched on his shoulders? It might work!
In anycase the style of drawing did come out quite nicely! Good job!

Hey there. I happened to notice your 'busted'. It's not so much that they're slender arms, it's that the arms are by the body, as if you were standing attention, then the hands raised up are bigger than the back arms (for distance), but cannot belong to the shoulders with normal proportion because the angle and distance between the two would sever the arms

slightly angled arms by the shoulder will help with this. If you happen to have a hand mirror, hold one arm out in the Ariel pose to see how the arm sits. Thickness of body parts will come in time

though this is very talented but also pretty funny, I really think most of the blame is on the angle that you took the picture X3 I'd really like to see this drawing at a plain ol' straight on angle so that there isn't any distortion.Β

You should not feel ashamed of the arms, its a common mistake, especially since you went for the foreshortening idea there, besides that little mishap everything about this piece is remarkable. Very nice illustration!

Reminds me of Da Vinci's The Virgin and Child with St. Anne. There's something off about it, but it's not meant to be seen, and it's still beautiful.
