There stood an old farmhouse with windowpanes broken, siding giving way to large vines that seem to be overtaking this farmhouse that has surely seen better days. It made me think of the past, what family once called it home? What adventures happened within it's, now crumbling , walls. How wonderful Christmas morning must have been once upon a time, in this old farmhouse. It's defying the odds as it still stands, against frigid weather, uncontrollable vines, falling structures, yet it stands, as a testament to the life it once housed and the memories within.
