my OC Francesca is running little teashop/cafe/sisha place where she has all kinds of herbal teas, nice relaxing music, colourful pillows to sit on and smoke and read and have a good time. BUT she's working alone and she's currently looking for some
part time helpers!!! so here is the contest!
draw your OC who you'd like to work with Franka and write why (it's like drawing the CV) and Fran will choose herself a helper.
And the winner will get a drawing with his/her OC working with Fran in her place. How do you like the idea?

Sorry! I'm making sure the OC will be a good worker. They will do great and not mess anything up. And, I do have an OC that is a fully-functioning, sane, nice person who will probably enjoy working at this place. And, actually do a good job of helping.
I just have a lot of OCs that would make horrible employees because they're crazy. So, I made a bad joke. I would not let any of the crazy one's within 1000 feet of Frances place. Most of the crazies have full-time jobs or wouldn't be getting a job so it wouldn't make sense for them to be there anyways.
