What a beautiful, natural photograph with great colours and focus! The fox looks so comfortable in its habitat, as if it didn't notice you were there (did it?)... The depth of field and overall textures came out looking nice and crisp too. The combination of coldness in the surroundings and warmth in the colour of the fox's fur make for a nice harmony throughout.

Yes! Colorado picture for once! I love it, the whole snowy, bright blue sky, red fox concept is amazing. This should be in National Geographic.

no thats the arctic fox that is white in winter. red foxes are always red

No, that would be the arctic fox that regularly sheds it's fur. Some red foxes (the species) just happen to be white or silver, but that's not a regular shed.
