This is probably the only nature photo I've taken that used something other than natural light. I'm not sure if it works or not but i thought it was interesting enough to post. Lemme know what you think!

I understand that there is a certain purist notion that wildlife must be photographed using available natural light, but (in my opinion) the best photographers are the ones who use whichever technique will get them the shot they need! I think it's a great image. I love my strobes and speelights, so I would have felt inclined to use the flash off-axis with my PocketWizards, but that's just my
