Edit:: she had a bunch of physics, I'm not sure where they came from. its updated, so those physics are gone.Plus added a PMD version.
This took me the hell of a time to create. As well as renaming the bones and pairing them so the second set of arms would follow the back. But I managed! And here you go! A two armed base!

But i do have to ask cause pretty much all motion have two arms what do i do here since when i upload a motion the other two arms just kinda hang there.

you either have to pose them in a way that fits the whole dance, so you don't have to work with them too much or make a motion to the second set of arms yourself.
