Edit:: she had a bunch of physics, I'm not sure where they came from. its updated, so those physics are gone.Plus added a PMD version.
This took me the hell of a time to create. As well as renaming the bones and pairing them so the second set of arms would follow the back. But I managed! And here you go! A two armed base!

TDA policies say that edits should not mutilate the character, but there is nothing about adding extra arms LOL XD.

Oh, I didn't know that. I've seen a lot of people adding extra arms to TDA models.
I've jsut seen some people wanting to make four armed characters, and wanted to save them some time to make this.
