This one is about mental health. It's about finding the unusual and holding on to it when you're in a dark place. It's about finding your own snail named Key within the shadows and telling him all your woes and just having him smile and listen.
I always find it really difficult to photograph paintings with dark backgrounds as they pick up any residual light, so it isn't a very good representation of this painting so I may update it when I work out how to photograph it better.
