Wow seems like Rosalina has issues..
if you ever have played Mario kart Wii and played as her, you will know when i say that the Luma is a distraction to her driving 
it always seems to hover round her kart and well.. i thought itd be funny to make something out of that!I stuffed up a little on the Lumas, but meh.. and yes her dress is not official i dont wana hear anything about how its not right, i do things differently in my world
Seeing as Mario Galaxy 2 is comign up i thought id add Yoshi and Mario in there

Drawn by hand, coloured with monte marte colouring pencils, and re lined with inking pen, did not feel like erasing my line art

Yea since i had only a pencil case of colour to use i had to improvise XD but since you mentioned it.. i did use HB pencil to draw it and didnt erase the line art :3 so thats where the dark colour on her hair comes from
