Are there animators among you? I would like to know if there is a way to convert animation from Maya to MMD?

Yes. Export the animation in fbx or somethingnlike that is the extension. Open it in blender and use one of the pluings. Also i think you must can using the same export method to project diva motion, since i saw that people have tonopen them into maya before mmd but i dont really know about this second method
