IKingFisher In reply to ??? [2013-11-22 07:07:14 +0000 UTC]

Guys and girls aren't actually different biologically when it comes to this, which is why a lot of girls think it's weird how horny they get; The truth is that it's cultural more then anything for girls to just not express it, hence they all think they are more then others, it's also why we see "sexting" on the rise these days as girls start to get out there and express themselves in a way that in un-restrained...think twerking...teen pregnancy...girls going out to the club and using their bodies to get attention...

sexuality is a powerful force for both genders, unfortunately neither seem to know how to express it properly these days; Back in college, most of my "friends with benefits" where girls who wanted it more then me...some were absolutely insane...

I actually have an online friend who...sends me photos so I can...do things...

She knows I'm not going to date her, it just turns her on when she knows I do (or did, before finding a certain someone in my life who we wont be discussing).

On the plus side, this means you have the chance to figure out what you want and to engage it; the world is open these days in a way it never has been before, even fetishism has quickly become anything but the taboo it was when I started getting into it myself.

oh o_o

i don't think i have a fetish :I i just only find guys with shoulder length hair or longer attractive.
and i don't know if that's a fetish or not... but oh well.

i'm cool with anything except for stuff like anal or bondage idk about role playing but it sounds like too much work to me XD

foot fetishes are weird though

IKingFisher In reply to Navicii [2013-11-22 07:14:47 +0000 UTC]

The entire thing about paraphilia is that it's something that turns you on in a way it doesn't to other people, so hair length doesn't count.

You also don't know until you explore, I like to think everyone has something.

even "bondage" is very limited, the actual culture is BDSM; It's a combination of the Bondage, Domination, Sadism and Masochism; i'm a Dominance fetishist myself, but enjoy Bondage and Sadism in smaller amounts.

Foot Fetish is one even I will never understand, which is sort of the entire point XD

some times i just feel like i wish someone would just come along and have sex with me XD
but that won't happen of course o-o i'm not exactly pretty or gifted in the chest area x__x "
people think my voice is a bit nerdy but sexy at the same time which i don't understand ; 7;...

but eh you know.

IKingFisher In reply to Navicii [2013-11-22 07:23:14 +0000 UTC]

...well, i'm here (;

Seriously though, never wish for someone to "just have sex". Honestly explore your sexuality in a way that is personal to you, monkey's "fuck", humans are the only animal in the world with the ability to see a deeper meaning in the act. It's why i'm a fetishist, other then my specific desires, I find learning how others embrace their sexuality in personal ways to be incredible and even heartwarming when done properly.

It's why I hate "pick-up artists" and others who essentially use sex the way the rest of the animal kingdom does, lovers are far more interesting to me (even if they are just friends) using it to form special bonds is far more important then simply how much one gets.

true true...

i mean like, i wasn't exactly talking about a one night stand kinda thing XD
i just hope that there's someone out there who i can love forever and will love me forever
so i can basically share my heart body and soul with them...
but then again my life sucks, i've got a lot of medical problems and so on.
so.... // sigh
yeah i can't honestly hope for happiness love wise.
a lot of guys are unfaithful and or try to murder you , beat you, or just treat you like you don't exist...
it's a good thing i'm bi-sexual so i have more options i guess :/

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

IKingFisher In reply to Navicii [2013-11-22 07:36:43 +0000 UTC]

...am I like that?

Why would you assume guys all want to beat and murder you, or that they cheat and treat you like you don't exist?

you're VERY young, so you shouldn't even be worried about any of this yet. The thing is, you said "I wish someone would just come by and have sex with me" which is the wrong way of looking at it if you want love, the idea should be taking your time to find the right one; not being afraid of dating, but not being afraid to wait.

In existentialism there is a theory called "the absurd", the idea is that life itself has no meaning...and yet it's BECUASE it has no meaning that each person find their own meaning within it. Think of it like a rorschach  inkblot test, even with no design behind the splotches, everyone see's something; In an inkblot test, people who have similar experiences tend to see similar things.

We find purpose in life based on the patterns we find in our life, for those patterns are based on our life. If you truley want love, it's not just sex, the search for love becomes part of that pattern as it defines you through chaotic process.

yeah but i actually have a giant fear of men to be truthful with you...

my father was abusive and a drug user
criminal later on... but... yeah...

and i also thing he possibly could have raped me when i was small
i remember something like him showing me his penis in the bathroom
but that's all i can really remember... my mother told me when i was alone with my
father one day i " supposedly " fell and tripped on the sidewalk
causing my four front teeth to turn black and fall out....
my father was a notorious liar .

and also, when i was born, the first thing my father did was take a picture out of one of his
other children and compared it to me to see if i was actually his child....

annnnnnd now i'm crying because i feel like a pathetic waste of life.

...screamo, for your information, is a VERY modern genre that broke off of metal; It's infamous among metal fans for being a) terrible b) being mislabeled as metal by small children with no taste

IKingFisher In reply to Navicii [2013-11-22 08:20:34 +0000 UTC]

...no, i'm saying screamo as a genre does.

No one can really define it, it's a mix of punk and metal that's too soft for either and then makes up for it by high pitched screaming.

Besides, you claimed you didn't "feel it" because you thought it was screamo...proving a) you don't listen to screamo b) you don't want to listen to screamo

You said you liked rock, rock is the father of metal and thus must be respected..Motorhead is hardrock, and if it's good enough for Motorhead then it's good enough for metalheads \m/

okay here's how i'm going to try to make it clear xD

i watched a video that said it was all metal music - i had never listened to metal music, therefore i didn't know what it sounded like - i listened to it, but it had some screaming parts, which made me think it MIGHT have been screamo - again i didn't know, although i liked it - apparently it now turns out it is absolutely NOT metal since i have listened to actual metal - now here we are.

<_< make sense?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

IKingFisher In reply to Navicii [2013-11-22 08:35:09 +0000 UTC]

...ok, let me help make this even clearer

There is NO genre bigger then metal, period.

Listen to even a minute of each of these.

This is metal:

www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wws7mn…

This is metal:

www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_DS8F…

This is metal:

www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z2wzpf…

That's Slipknot, famous for being heavy and little else

Dave Grohl's (of the Foo Fighters) experimental metal project which is held in high regard as being unlike anything else

Judas Priest, one of the most famous and most revered heavy metal bands of all time

There is no one sound in all of metal, that's what makes it such an amazing genre; Screamo is basically watered down metal, mixed with punk themes and then sung in gentle vocals with occasional high pitched screaming.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

IKingFisher In reply to Navicii [2013-11-22 08:39:34 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, Slipknot is sort of like "gateway metal".

It's the sort of thing we all learned of as teens, they are really aggressive but don't have a lot else; If you enjoy the heavier stuff, I can get you LOTS in that vein (and lots of better stuff that keeps the sound)

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Navicii In reply to IKingFisher [2013-11-22 08:40:11 +0000 UTC]

yeah i think heavy metal is more my preference then

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

IKingFisher In reply to Navicii [2013-11-22 08:43:40 +0000 UTC]

depends, do you mean "classic heavy metal" like Dio and Judas Priest...or "metal that is heavy" which tends to fall under "extreme metal" and other more modern genres (like where you'd find something like slipknot?).

for example, Cradle of Filth:

www.youtube.com/watch?v=nbWpA6…

i'll admit, though not a Cradle fan, this is one of the best metal songs ever produced...

www.youtube.com/watch?v=6dW6aN…

the second thing

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

IKingFisher In reply to Navicii [2013-11-22 08:52:03 +0000 UTC]

...the second thing as in you like "metal with screaming" as opposed to "screamo"?

you have regained respect in my eyes then XD

The thing is, Screamo is sort of a bastard genre; Most genre's have parentage, rock gave birth to metal (as such most metalheads enjoy hardrock), metal gave birth to industrial (industrial fans, such as myself, tend to be metalheads).

Similarly, Rock gave birth to punk, gave birth to goth, gave birth to gothic.

Screamo is one of those genres that sort of came from a couple genres, but isn't accepted by them (similarly,  Screamo fans tend to only listen to screamo where as most genres enjoy the one that fathered them).

If you like Slipknot or Cradle then I'm cool with that, it's not my side of metal but I can respect a fellow metalhead regardless of which band they like; When you get into skinny jeans and pretty boys giving high pitched screams you tend to lose me.

i couldn't constantly listen to it though it gets annoying

i do understand it's not technically singing, though i'm not a fan of rap either ( unless it's like eminem ) because of the fact there's meaning and feeling behind it
instead of all the other stupid sex and drugs type of rap

whoa whoa whoa

if you like meaningful rap, don't stop with Em; Em sings about lots of sex and drugs.

The truth is, in the underground, rap has become better then it's ever been...

Listen to this, Akala is one of the most talented rappers in the world today

www.youtube.com/watch?v=sEOKgj…

He literally speaks AGAINST sex/drugs style, opposed to em who uses it occasionally.

Akala is all about politics, history and social philosiphy; Listen to his flow, the song is 7 minutes STRAIGHT, no chorus.

It's a single flow with some of the best lyrics you'll ever hear, and this is just a taste of what the underground has.

IKingFisher In reply to Navicii [2013-11-22 09:09:28 +0000 UTC]

oh, I like Em.

The thing in rap is that there is mainstream and underground.

Em is the BEST mainstream rapper, absolutely; My point is he does both.

The underground is insane though, guys who will never be popular but have as much talent as Em does.

one more example, Mic Rightous does three tracks in this so just skip to 5:10 to hear a bit of his best.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=55oREa…

Mic isn't quite as talented as akala, he lacks the flow and the writing, but he's the most passionate rapper I've ever heard.

I also love battle-rap, Canada just gave the KotD title to Pat Stay in his battle against Dizaster and it made me so very happy to see a rightful champ take the top spot.

haha, Macklemore...yeah, he's rap.

I don't mind MM, I tend to not listen to a lot of mainstream but he's one who always comes up; He has huge amounts of talent.

Hopsin is the other one who is making huge waves right now, guys like Hopsin, Em and MM are the ones who might save mainstream rap.

The other genre I love is opera, I've actually been going over Leoncavallo's Pagliacci recently. I had never seen Puccini preform it and I'm absolutely blown away, his rendition of "Vesti La Giubba" is the best I've ever heard...the world truly lost a wonderful tenor.

Generally I have a soft spot for "western in the orient" themes of lost love, as out dated as they may be today, such as Madame Butterfly and Lakme; Any tragedy though hits me, as it should everyone, there is something universal about operatic tragedy...we all have pain and fear surrounding personal loss, we have all lost something, and through tragedy we see those very fears lay bare upon the stage; sheltered from their pain, yet experiencing it together.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=-kbi1E…

Depending on your love for the art form, feel free to only watch from 2:00-3:30

This is the end of ActI, after Pagliacci has lost the girl of his dreams, just before he must go to preform as a clown (fool) and as he looks in the mirror with his facepaint...here he must silently asks himself how he can ever go on stage as a clown when he truly IS a fool...then simply breaking down into tears as the curtains close
