It's absolutely gorgeous. The colour combination and the way it flows together..is amazing.

The 'cut' or broken off area of the sunflower on the left looks a tad bit ragged and edgy, drawing attention in a rather unpleasing way. Perhaps a little less empty space there (ie; more of the sunflower?) might improve it. I think, however, that it might just be too deep of a 'cut' into the flower itself. If it had a smaller gap, it might look better. I say that because the other gaps in the flower look fine.
The green area at the bottom of the piece also looks a little washed out. It's a bit too white, and although the rather dark background almost makes up for it, it still looks a bit too plain. Maybe it's just the light green/yellow-ish tone that introduces a washed out tone...? The background also sports some unnecessary deep green shades, which I'd remove.
I've gotta commend you, however, on the overall blue/reddish background. It's definitely astounding, and I don't think I can really find one flaw in it at all. The colors and shapes in it match up perfectly with the foreground (except, as I already pointed out, at the bottom of the piece).

I really like the shapes that are involved in creating this piece, and how the colors work together so wonderfully. When I first saw it in my devwatch I thought that it might have been a darkened photo but now that I see it full viewed I can see the details that are woven into it.
You did a wonderful job at it.

It's utterly fantastic. The only thing I might suggest is in the use of negative space--I think more might be nice, at the top of the image especially. There's already a lot of emphasis on the sunflower itself, which is great, so more space wouldn't take away from that.
It looks great as is, though.
