Description Peace be to you,

"... Islam places great emphasis on cleanliness, in both physical and spiritual terms. Islam insists on it, making it an indispensable fundamental of faith. Cleanliness is an essential part of Islamic life and in fact the meaning and spirit behind the concept of cleanliness is much beyond the superficial concept of the conventional cleanliness.

There are two kinds of cleanliness; physical and spiritual. As far as physical cleanliness is concerned, it is of two types. One which is related to human body and the other is related to environment, water, house, road and public places...
... Muslims wash their genitals after passing urine and secretion and take bath every time they have intercourse with their mates. Muslims also enjoined to use water, not paper or anything else after eliminating body wastes. They are categorically prohibited to have sex with their wives during their menses.

A Muslim is obliged to make ablution if exposed to minor impurities. This means he must wash off those parts of the body (like hand, feet, face, nostrils etc) which are commonly exposed to dust, dirt and environmental pollution. Before every prayer (at least five times a day) and before recital of the Quran, Muslims are asked to perform this ablution...

Islam instructed Muslims to maintain the cleanliness of the roads and streets. This is considered a charity to ridding the streets of impurities and filth. The Prophet (Peace be upon him) strictly warned against it and considered it one of the reasons to provoke Allah's curse and the people's curse, saying: "Beware of the three acts that cause others to curse you: relieving yourselves in a watering place, on foot paths or shaded places."

Apart from physical cleanliness, Islam emphasizes on spiritual cleanliness. This means that one is free from polytheism, hypocrisy and ill manners, love of wealth, love of fame and other carnal desires. The emphasis in Islam is more on the cleanliness of the inner-self that is heart, mind and soul. The external cleaning process and rituals in reality are the preparatory ground work to obtain the more important task and that is cleanliness of the inner-self, which is the ultimate goal of the religion. Islam requires the sincere believer to sanitize and purify his entire way of life. The directives of Zakah (alms) and fasting are nothing but to purify ones wealth and soul.

Cleanliness is the pathway to health and strength. Islam wants a healthy and strong Muslim society which is immune against infectious diseases and is capable of understanding and applying God's message and carrying it away to the whole world..."

from an article by Muhammadullah Khalili Qasmi [link]

here are some of the sayings of the prophet Mohammed -peace be upon him- regarding Cleanliness:
"Cleanliness is half of faith"

"The key to paradise is prayer and the key to prayer is cleanliness."

"God is pure and loves purity and cleanliness."

"Food is blessed when one washes his hands before and after it"

"Had I not found it difficult for my followers, I would have ordered them to cleanse their teeth before every prayer."

I hope you've learnt something new my dear friends.
see you next time.

I like this. Very wise words for whoever came up with them (I'm guessing it was your prophet?).

He was named Mohamed right?

Do Muslims believe that Mohamed was the last prophet on this earth?

Mohammed (or Mohammad/Muhammad/Muhammed) -peace be upon him-, the name means "the Praised one".

yes, Muslims believe he was the last prophet of God (Jesus -peace be upon him- came just before him). but they believe Jesus will return later in the end of time. but since Jesus was sent before Mohammed, we can't consider him the last prophet. but we believe him as one of the 5 highest prophets in Islam (the others are Noah, Abraham, Moses and Mohammed). ^_^

Irukapooka In reply to Nayzak [2010-10-14 14:54:46 +0000 UTC]

Interesting that Muslims believe that Jesus will return later near the end of time.

So is Jesus the most important prophet out of Noah, Abraham, Moses and Mohammed?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Nayzak In reply to Irukapooka [2010-10-15 02:21:31 +0000 UTC]

we believe that all prophets of Islam are important. they had the same message. and the one who followed any of them [their true message] is going to paradise.

The Holy Qur'an says in verse 3:84:
"Say [O Muhammad]: We believe in God and in what has been revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham, Ismael, Isaac, Jacob and the Tribes [the twelve sons of Jacob], and in [the Books] given to Moses, Jesus, and the prophets, from their Lord; we make no distinction between one and another among them and to God we have submitted (in Islam)."

but Jesus -peace be upon him- has a very special place. and that's what makes his coming related to the end of the world.

Irukapooka In reply to Nayzak [2010-10-15 07:57:10 +0000 UTC]

Could you give me anymore information on why Muslims such as yourself believe that Jesus has a very special place in the end of things?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Nayzak In reply to Irukapooka [2010-10-15 21:40:10 +0000 UTC]

there are so many reasons why we regard Jesus -peace be upon him- very important and has special place in the end of time:

first, Jesus will have a big role in the big battle between good and evil that will happen in the end of time.

second, the world is going from bad to worse and will keep like that until the coming of the Anti-Christ (there are still a few signs to happen before his coming *).

the big battle between evil and good will happen in the end of time. Jesus and those who follow him are the good side and they are the true believers of God. they'll face the Anti-Christ (who represents the evil side). our prophet Mohammed -peace be upon him- told us exactly how the Anti-Christ will look like and what he will do. and asked those who live in that time to follow Jesus and fight in his side. he also told us that most people will be fooled by the Anti-Christ and follow him thinking he is God.

following Jesus in that time is not what will make him defeat the Anti-Christ. because he will defeat him anyway. following Jesus in that time will allow the follower of Jesus to get God's mercy and be accepted among the believers. so every believer of God has to take that chance (if he/she lives in that time).

* prophet Mohammed -peace be upon him- told us several signs that are supposed to happen before the end of the world. they are divided into 2 kinds. the small signs and the big signs. nearly all the small signs happened and are happening now. as for the big signs, they should happen soon. the coming of the Anti-Christ is one of the big signs.

if you want to know more, I can give you more details.

Irukapooka In reply to Nayzak [2010-10-16 04:23:32 +0000 UTC]

It is very interesting to me that Muslims believe such things about the last days that Christians believe as well. I think we all pretty much believe in the exact same thing:

That the Anti Christ will be a false God, but yet, people will come unto him, thinking that he is 'the' God.

While other people will follow Jesus during the last days, as the good side.

Well, for questions, I have 2, I suppose:

1. What have Muslims been told that the Anti-Christ will look like?

2. And what signs have happened and are going to happen that will signify Armageddon's coming?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 2

Nayzak In reply to Irukapooka [2010-10-16 07:31:31 +0000 UTC]

as for your second question, this is going to be a long reply...

2. And what signs have happened and are going to happen that will signify Armageddon's coming?

there are so many, among those that already passed:
Books/writing will be widespread and (religious) knowledge will be low. [this is definitely happening, books are everywhere and yet people are slowly letting go of their religion.]
Adultery and fornication will be prevalent (The Prophet, peace be upon him, said that this has never happened without new diseases befalling the people, which their ancestors had not known.) [seriously now, isn't this like everywhere? what's the biggest cause of AIDS?]
When fornication becomes widespread among the leaders (The Prophet, peace be upon him, said that this will happen when the people stop forbidding evil) [again, everywhere the whole concept of bf/gf where does it end up? usually with the girl getting pregnant and the boy running away from responsibility. and are they married? of course NOT!]
Adultery and fornication will be performed in the open. [Porn industry is a good example.]
The consumption of intoxicants will be widespread [just how many bars exist in your area?]
The nations of the earth will gather against the Muslims like hungry people going to sit down to a table full of food. This was supposed to occur when the Muslims are large in number, but "like the foam of the sea".[this is bound to happen, I mean it's already started.]
more and more children will be foul -yelling and raising their voices to elders, disrespect, you know...
Children of fornication will become widespread or prevalent... single-mothers is becoming a common phenomenon.
When a trust becomes a means of making a profit. [you trust your friend and he/she cheats you.]
Gains will be shared out only among the rich, with no benefit to the poor. [isn't that how the world nowadays works?]
When voices are raised in the mosques. [long ago, mosques were quiet places where people treat each other with respect. but now there have been even FIGHTS in some mosques let alone raised voices. the imam makes lecture and some people are not even listening]
Great distances will be traversed in short spans of time... [planes and trains]
Female singers and musical instruments will become popular. [we are in the age of songs/music]
People will dance late into the night. [that's what we call nightclubs.]
some muslims will claim to follow the Qur'an but will reject hadith & sunnah. [already happened]
Time will pass rapidly. [you'll feel that days are passing faster and faster.]
Good deeds will decrease. [right now The good deeds are going down. just compare today with the time of your parents.]
Earthquakes will increase. [just how many earthquaques are happening lately?]
Women will be naked in spite of being dressed, these women will be led astray & will lead others astray. [just look at the fashion today.]
women will walk in the marketplace with their thighs exposed. [have you seen that? it didn't happen 20 years ago, you know]
When people begin to compete with others in the construction of taller buildings.
Bearing false witness will become widespread.
When it becomes widespread that men lie with men and women lie with women. [no comments]
Family ties will be cut. [just compare today's families with families 50 years ago.]
Men will begin to look like women and women will begin to look like men. [Hasn't it happened to you where you see a person and you can't tell if they're a boy or a girl?]
The conquest of Constantinople by the Muslims. [that already happened 6 centuries ago I think.]
A war between the Muslims and people with small eyes, wearing sandals made of hair (understood to refer to the Mongol/Tatar invasion of the Islamic lands.) [already happened in the middle-ages]
destitute, barefoot shepherds will compete in building tall buildings. [this is understood to mean the Americans. the early Americans were cowboys 150 years ago and now, they are ruling the world and building the tallest buildings and cities. destitute/barefoot means poor. in fact most immigrants to the new world were very poor and dreamed of becoming rich]

among the signs that still didn't happen yet:
The number of men will decrease, whilst the number of women will increase, until there are 50 women fighting for one man. this is due to the so many wars this world will see.
The Euphrates river [in Iraq] will reveal a treasure of gold, and many will die fighting over it, each one hoping to be the one who gains the treasure. [our prophet asked us not to go there and not to try to take any Gold]
there will be some wars between the muslims and the christians. and then they'll make peace and fight together against the non-believers. but peace will be broken later...
The Mahdi (the guided one) will appear, and be the leader of the Muslims.
The Antichrist (the false christ) will appear, with all his tools of deception, and be an immense trial.
when the Mahdi will prepare for the last battle, Jesus -peace be upon him- will descend on Mount Afeeq, on the white Eastern Minaret of Damascus. He will descend from the heavens with his hands resting on the shoulders of two angels.
Jesus will break the cross and kill the swine
A major war between the true believers (among the muslims, Jews and Christians who truly believe in Jesus after his return) against the non-believers led by the Antichrist.
Jesus will kill the Antichrist at the gate of Ludd (Lod in present-day Palestine/Israel, site of an airport and a major Israeli military base).
A time of great peace and serenity during and after the remaining lifetime of Jesus.
The appearance of Gog and Magog, and the associated tribulations.
Wealth will come so abundant that it will become difficult to find someone to accept charity.
The sun will rise from the west (its place of setting). [this will mark the end of the counter of good deeds. which means anyone who will believe in God after seeing this sign, his belief won't be accepted]
A gentle wind will come and take the souls of the believers.
only the non-believers will remain on earth. they'll spread sins and all kinds of perversion.
people will return to worship false gods and idols.
An Abyssinian leader with thin shins will destroy the Kaa’bah.
our prophet said that Eventually the Day of Judgment is established upon the worst of the people, who copulate like donkeys in public.

...

And who is Gog and Magog if you don't mind me asking?
I'll tell you what the Qur'an says about them:
long ago, King Zul Qarnain who was a pious and just Ruler travelled to many lands, establishing justice and the Law of God therein. God almighty provided him with all forms and material strength through which he was able to carry out his missions.

He once carried out a mission in three directions, the far west, the far east, and then in a northerly direction. It was here that he came across a tribe of people who complained to him about the tribes of Gog and magog (Ya'jooj and Majooj) which inhabited the land behind two huge mountains and often emerged from behind these mountains to perpetrate acts of anarchy and plunder among them. They requested Zul Qarnain to erect a barrier between themselves and the tribes of Gog and Magog so that they could be saved from their atrocities. With the material strength at his disposal, Zul Qarnain enlisted their physical labor and set about erecting a high wall between the two mountains. The height of the wall or its exact length is unknown. What is known is that the height of this wall reaches that of the summit of both mountains. It is made with blocks or sheets of iron, which is further strengthened by molten lead. In this manner Gog and Magog are unable to scale the wall, or cross it, except when it is the will of God.

They are situated in a land of ice which is hidden from our gazes and the exact location of which is unknown. Though many interpretations do exist in this respect, none of these can be said to absolute.

Gog and Magog are human beings and according to a narration they are from the progeny of Japeth son of Noah -peace be upon him- their place is unknown. same as the place of the Anti-Christ [btw, the Anti-Christ is believed to be living and chained in one Island and awaiting his time to emerge.]

the identity of King Zul Qarnain is not known to us. "Zul-Qarnain" could mean:
1- one with two horns. it could be two horns on his head or on his helmet.
2- one who lived 2 centuries.
all we know about him is that he was righteous and God gave him power. muslims believe that in the ancient times, there were 4 great rulers in the world. of whom 2 were non-believers (Nimrod and Nebuchadnezzar) and 2 were believers (Zul-Qarnain and Solomon). some people think Zul-Qarnain was the Macedonian Alexander the great or the Akhaemenid king Cyrus the great. but nothing is proven.

To this day the Gog and Magog are trapped behind this wall. Everyday, they try to break the wall. When the sun sets, the wall is as thin as a sheet of paper. Their leader says, "Come on, let's go home now. Leave it, it is like a page. We will come tomorrow and break it down." When they come the next day, with God's will, the wall is as strong as before. Everyday, that is what they do, but when it is time for them to come out, then that day they will try to break that wall but in the evening, the wall will be as thin as a page. The leader will say, "Leave it for today and says the words Insha'allah (God willing) we will finish it tomorrow." When they come the next day, they will see that the wall is as thin as a page and then they will break the wall and come out. This will be the time when prophet Jesus Christ -peace be upon him- will be ruling the world. God will order Jesus to take all his followers to one mountain.

The Gog and Magog will come and eat everything in the world. They will drink all the water from the East and all the water from Tabaria lake. Wherever there is water, they will drink all of it. If they find any humans they will eat them.[they're savages] People will be scared and will hide. When they don't see a person on earth they will say, "We have finished all the people on earth now we will fight those in the sky." They will shoot arrows towards the sky. God will make their arrows red [as if they are full of blood] and send them back, and then they will be happy and say β€œ That we have killed the people in the sky also”. At that time, Prophet Jesus -peace be upon him- will be on the mountain. There will be a shortage of food. the Prophet and the other Muslims (believers in God) will pray to God, "Oh God! Save us from them."

God will listen to their prayers and all Gog and Magog will die. Then Prophet Jesus -peace be upon him- and the Muslims will come down from the mountain, they will see that all the ground is covered with bodies and a dirty smell will be spreading. They will pray to God, "Oh God! Save us from this dirty smell." God will send birds to take all the bodies and throw them far away. After this, God will send rain. With this, all the ground will be clean. Then Prophet Jesus with his people will stay on the ground and the shortage of food will finish. God will send blessings in everything...

I'm learning so much and I really love this.
You have been really nice to me. Thank you for what you're doing to help me learn more of this religion.

"Don't Christians like myself believe in a Gog and Magog?"
well, my friend. that's a question only you can answer. I don't know what you believe. you can search in some christian articles. may be you discover a lot of similarities with what muslims believe. it's always good to be learned before you decide what you want to believe.
in Islam we believe that all prophets of Islam (including Noah, Moses, Jesus...) -peace be upon them- warned their people and told them about some signs of the end of the world.

I told you some of what we, muslims, believe. you can search more about this subject by using the keywords:
-"signs of the day of judgement" or
-"minor signs and major signs of the day of judgement"
-"signs of the hour"...

I believe you'll learn a lot.
by the way, there is one documentary called "The Arrivals" [of the Anti-Christ]. did you watch (hear about)it?
it's a very good effort to link everything that's happening in the world now with what's going to happen and explain things. I think you can learn a lot after watching it. I personally started seeing the world in a different way after watching it.

Well I was asking if you knew because I have heard of Gog and Magog before but I've never heard of the background story about them or anything!

So I was wondering if this came out of the Old Testament because if I can recall correctly, Muslims also believe in the Old Testament, right? Since I know that Muslims believe in Abraham, Isaac, Joseph, Noah, Moses, just to name a few.

Hmm The Arrivals? I don't believe I have seen that one. I watch a lot of shows explaining and talking about the book of Revelation that is in the Bible.

I don't think Muslims believe in the book of Revelation since it came in the New Testament, or am I wrong?

Have you ever read the Book of Revelation before?

Nayzak In reply to Irukapooka [2010-10-17 19:56:12 +0000 UTC]

Were you the one that wrote all of those commentaries after each thing you posted?
I copied/pasted most of the signs of the day of last judgement from different websites. most of those comments afterward are added by me. as example or to explain something.

What is/are hadith & sunnah?
Hadith = sayings of the prophet Mohammed -peace be upon him-
Sunnah = the way of life prescribed as normative for Muslims on the basis of the teachings and practices of Muhammed -peace be upon him-.
in fact, they both are a big source of Islamic teachings in the Qur'an: "Indeed, in the messenger of Allah a 'good example' has been set for the one who seeks Allah and the Last Day and thinks constantly about Allah." (Qur'an 33:21)

What do you mean by Time will pass rapidly? I just need you to elaborate a bit more on that for me if that is okay.
the prophet said: "The Hour will not come until time passes so quickly that a year will be like a month, a month like a week, a week like a day, a day like an hour, and an hour like the time it takes for a palm-leaf to burn."
this has 2 meanings: either time will really pass quickly or it's just people who will feel so. people can't do much in their day and feel that it passes fast. some people say that this is already happening. but it's also possible that it'll be more visible in the future.

Can you give me a bit more information about "The Mahdi (the guided one) will appear, and be the leader of the Muslims"?
The coming of Imam Mahdi is one of the signs of end of the world as is the belief of muslims and he has yet to appear. the prophet Mohammed -peace be upon him- said: "The world will not pass away before the Arabs are ruled by a man (referring to Mahdi) of my family whose name will be the same as mine"
which means the name of that man will be "Mohammed", his father will be Abdullah and his mother will be Aaminah [exactly like the prophet Mohammed] he will be a descendent of the prophet Mohammed. but his look will be different. in another hadith, the prophet said that the Mahdi will have exactly the same personality and behavior of the prophet.

However, many people in the past falsely claimed to be Imam Mahdi. One of these false claimants was Muhammad bin Tumarat, a tyrant who spread corruption and even buried some of his companions alive because they did not believe that he was the Mahdi described by the hadith of the prophet!

and there will be so many who will claim they are the Mahdi to get some profit. our prophet told us that. and he also told us that the real Mahdi will not claim to be the Mahdi. he won't look for power and won't want to be leader.
there are a few signs that have to happen before his coming:
There are many signs that will precede him, a general and very important sign is that he will come at a time when there is great confutation, intense disputes and violent deaths. When people are afflicted by disturbance and experiencing great fear. Calamities will fall upon the people, so much so that a man shall not find a shelter to shelter himself from oppression. There will be battles before his appearance. The people will be troubled to such an extent that they will long for death. It is then that Imam Mahdi will be sent.
the Messenger of God said "He [Imam Mahdi] will be sent at a time of intense disputes and differences among people and earthquakes..."
The Battle in Mina:
the prophet said: "In Dhul-Qaidah [a month in Islamic lunar calendar just before the month of pilgrimage] the tribes will fight, pilgrims will be looted and there will be a battle in Mina in which many people will be slain and blood will flow... Their companion [Imam Mahdi] will flee... and will be forced to accept people's allegiance." which means he will be chosen by force to rule.

The Euphrates will Disclose a Mountain of Gold:
the prophet said: "The hour [of last judgement] shall not occur until the Euphrates river will disclose a mountain of gold, over which people will fight. 99 out of every hundred shall die, and every one of them shall say, 'perchance I shall be the one to succeed"

Emergence of the Sufyani:
The Sufyani [a descendant of Abu-Sufyan - one of the pagan enemies of Mohammed] will emerge before Imam Mahdi from the depths of Damascus. The hadith regarding the Sufyani specify that he is a tyrant who will spread corruption and mischeif on the earth before Imam Mahdi. He will be such a tyrant that he will kill the children and rip out the bellies of women. When he hears about the Mahdi, he will send an army to seize and kill him. However the earth will swallow this army before it even reaches Imam Mahdi.

after the mahdi will be known, so many will send armies to kill him. but he won't be defeated. Jesus Christ -peace be upon him- will appear during the lifetime of the Mahdi. the Mahdi is not a prophet. he will be a ruler who will prepare muslims -true believers of God- for the final battle under the leadership of Jesus Christ.

I do not get this one...could you please make it a bit easier for me to understand? ^^ "The sun will rise from the west (its place of setting). [this will mark the end of the counter of good deeds. which means anyone who will believe in God after seeing this sign, his belief won't be accepted]"
well, it's as clear as this:
the sun always rises from the east and sets in the west. right? someday, God will make the sun rises from the west and sets in the east. that'll be the sign that the counter of good deeds and repentance is closed. and that the hour is very close. which means anybody who didn't repent before that sign won't be accepted.
we muslims know that this is going to happen, and our prophet asked us to repent everyday for our sins and try to do good before that day. after that day, no good deed done will be accepted. and no repentance will be accepted.

... to be continued ^_^

1. What have Muslims been told that the Anti-Christ will look like?
Mohammed -peace be upon him- said: " I warn you against him (the Dark Messiah or Anti-Christ), and there was no prophet but warned his nation against him, but I will tell you something of which no prophet has told his nation before me... you should know that he is one-eyed. And God is not one-eyed."

the most distinguishing feature of his face besides the bulging eye will be the Arabic letters Kaaf (k), Faa (f), Raa (r), on his forehead. These letters spell Kufr (disbelief). All believers, regardless of their literacy will decipher these letters.
It has also been ascertained from the Hadith that he will emerge from between Syria and Iraq. the Anti-Christ will be blind in the right eye. He will have thick hair on his body and he will also have Paradise and Hell with him. Though his Paradise will appear as Paradise, in reality it will be Hell, and likewise, though his Hell will appear like hell, in reality it will be Paradise.

He will travel by means of a gigantic mule, at impossible speeds. He will cause droughts and famine upon those who reject him. But the remembrance of the true Lord will satiate them...

Irukapooka In reply to Nayzak [2010-10-16 08:43:18 +0000 UTC]

Interesting, as Christians believe in some of these features on the anti Christ as well.

Um...does it mean literally that there will be one eye? (While reading this, I don't know if you intended this or not, but it sounds like he would have an eye on his forehead and then two normal eyes, in a total of 3 eyes)

Or do they just say one eye since he will be blind in his other eye? Yes, a silly question perhaps, but I'd rather be clear and make sure I understand everything you are explaining to me.

in fact. he will have 2 eyes but is blind of the RIGHT eye and his eye would be like a floating grape. so practically, we say he will have only one eye (that can see).

However, he cannot see out of his right eye. But he keeps his blind eye visible to the world instead of covering it with glasses or a patch?

(I ask way too many questions. Lol)

no. his damaged eye will be visible to all people. but so many people will be deceived not by his look. but by his actions.
but what not all people can see are the letters on his forehead. only true believers can see them.

you can feel free to ask any questions you have.

Hmm, interesting.

So I'm guessing the letters upon his forehead is not "physically" seen by most people except for the ones that follow God?

If that's the case, then do Muslims not see such letters on his head physically, but instead know that it is written on his forehead because God moves your spirit and let's you know who this Anti-Christ is?

Nayzak In reply to Irukapooka [2010-10-17 09:02:19 +0000 UTC]

well, according to my understanding, the real believers in God will see the letters. in fact, it's the non-believers in God who will not be able to see them. it's like the letters are there on his forehead but God will make it that they'll not see them. and God knows best.

in fact, we know the Anti-Christ from all his description and his doings provided by the prophet Mohammed -peace be upon him-. so it's impossible for someone with knowledge to misunderstand him when he sees him. but you have to know that in that time. because of wars, corruption and so many other things, most people won't be able to know the truth from falsehood.

What an amazing coincidence! Today I saw an old woman tidying the bus stop. there were some crumpled papers and a banana peel on the ground. she was bending down, picking them up and throwing them in the garbage bin. Everyone was looking at her and laughing at her in the bus. I saw her too, but I didn't laugh.. I even don't know why they laughed at her. For me it was sad that an old lady had to tidy the streets when the youths throw their garbage on the ground. ...

Mocking someone for trying to make the world a better place is one of the things that weaken my faith in general humanity.

Strange... In my secularised country, we wouldn't love either. But some youth (everywhere in the world) like to have fun with throwing around their garbage. But one day, they, - older and hopefully also wiser -, will clean the streets of banana peels some idiot will have thrown away.

Wow, this is something I had not known! As a non-Muslim, obviously my knowledge of Islam is limited, but I try to read what I can and learn what I can about faiths not my own.

This was very interesting to read!

Blessed be you!
