I flipped out when I saw this. She is just so gosh darn pretty and perfect! Like a commenter below - totally don't mind that she is a pompous pony - in fact, it makes me love her more! Who wouldn't be arrogant when you look this good?
Your reference sheet is AMAZING. In love with the damask background - it adds such depth and the color is divine. This pony is a goddess. Her design hits all the right buttons so hard. I cannot get over her whispy flying/angry hair. I keep picturing her angry at Azure and looking so disheveled and devious and Azure just thinking how fine she looks in that moment and totally not listening to her.
HER MANESTYLE. HER MANESTYLE. Can we stop for a moment and appreciate that manestyle? The use of the volute column style in her tail is perfection. In love with buns and curls of hair, so she is seriously just the prettiest thing ever to me. AND THAT FILLY RIBBON. THAT FILLY IN GENERAL. Just preciousness ponified.
The shoes are adorable - just all the gold accents with her cutie mark (the shading there. The shading there. GOSH NAZ! STOP BEING SO AWESOME!) and her eyeshadow makes her pop. And that beauty mark just seals the deal. I just can't get enough of this OC. She's brilliantly thought out and so well delivered here and I hope we see more of her in the future. She truly has just the most lovely design I have ever seen. And delighted that Maregara was settled on for the location name. Any OC of yours instantly goes to head canon for me, so it is delightful to imagine all the ponies living there and all living in love and loathing of Glimmer Dust.
