Used and abused, she passes from one master to another. Her most recent master, having become displeased with her, puts her on display in the many black market bazaars in the seedy underbelly of the Outer Rim in the hopes of recouping his investment. All our poor twi'lek can hope for is that her next owner will be kinder than her last.
