D'arcVanOPS stand for "D'arcovian Vanguard Operations", and are often comprised of Average Arcovian (Superhuman Class) Officers or Human augmented Super Soldiers (Mid-tier class of Human). The RAPTrooper program serves in consort with D'arcVanOPS Divisions to more efficiently Lead RAPTrooper armies, ranging from small infantry squads to full-scale Battalions.
RAPTroopers can adapt and learn to any situation within the confines of their core programming, but they still require Human Leaders to keep them directed and in-check so they don't go rogue and find loopholes in their programming that could lead to devastating consequences.
