Ain't no busted computer going to keep me from May the Fourth! Got to give a serious thanks to my little brother, who graciously allowed me to hijack use his computer.
I'm not sure if he'll let me do it again, though...Exactly one year ago I drew Sith Twilight . Crazy how time flies!
This was a lot of fun to draw and I hope you guys like it. Thanks a lot for swinging by and may the fourth be with you.

I think I like the first one better if I'm 100% honest; the art in this one is DEFINITELY better but the first one is STILL my desktop background because of the vivid purple eyes and how she's right in the middle of the screen.
I don't suppose there's a "zoomed-out" version of this that shows the bottom of the lightsaber and her hooves? If this had Twilight in the same central position as the last one, it would honestly be my favourite piece of artwork- not just your artwork, but artwork PERIOD- of all time.
I also love the wings in the last one, but I see why this one is different and I don't think it suffers. I just can't quite love it as much as I would if the bottom didn't feel so cut-off and she weren't quite so close to the "camera".

Me neither, I love how badass they looks like with that red lightsabers. But I don't like how they shown in movies: "I do evil things because I'm evil". <.<

At least their shallow kind of evil is explained by the concept of corruption via Dark Side. It also allows a clean division between the protagonists and antagonists and alienates the viewers while the Light Side is more easily related to. This way, the viewers don't waste time wondering if the light side is actually entirely good. In other words, you can't have a pure hero without a pure villain, and everyone loves a pure hero.

The Sith are not evil. They are emotion. They see passion and raw emotion as strengths to harness. Unlike the Jedi, the Sith believed most negative emotions were natural, and that controlling one's anger, pain, and fear was the only true way to understand the Force...
