hmmmm. . . I don't think it matters where you're located. . . the DA's not actually based in the US. . . it's a UK company. . . printing in the US can get pretty expensive so it's actually cheaper to buy the paper and print it yourself. . . my photography teacher recently had a poster made of one of his prints, it was a panning shot he took of a sunset in Hawaii and it cost him $140 US dollars to have it made into a big poster.
