The earliest Minks, Archosaurians, Draconians, Fishmen, and Fair Folk were the results of using Daemon powers on animals pulled across space-time to accelerate their evolution into sapient beings. Callisto joined the crew out of gratitude for Lady Ocean and out of the sense of hope Eve and Lily bring. She is the ancestor of Bepo, Pekoms, etc. She stepped down as the head chef when Muji proved to be the superior chef.

Callisto is a mellow and down-to-earth individual who doesn't sweat the big stuff though is prone to being sensitive and depressed due to comedic reasons outside of her control like encountering storms or random monsters. She is very skilled and proud of being a chef but is modest enough to acknowledge a superior chef, which is why she stepped down to be the assistant to Muji's cooking. She tends to hibernate for long stretches of time and dislikes being awoken early, going into a frenzy when it occurs, which necessitated getting Muji for the crew. She also is obsessed with honey.

She has High Advanced Observation/Armament/Conquerors/Realm Haki, Sorcery Haki, Divine Haki, Earth/Water/Lightning/Light/Ocean/Floral Nature Haki, Balance Haki, Normal Haki, Crazy Haki, and Mana Mastery.

She ate the Honey-Honey Fruit, which allowed her to turn into honey to avoid conventional attacks but also other properties such as poison/drug manipulation via mad honey/grayanotoxin, crystalizing honey to make solid constructs, manipulating health via honey, preserving targets via honey, manipulate the viscosity of honey, and her Awakening allows her to turn the environment into honey as well as manipulating bears/bees via honey hypnosis.

As a Mink, she has Electro and Sulong mastered to use even during the day as well as superior physical power to a normal human. As a bear variant, she has a thick skull, hyper-climbing, hibernation, and wrestling
