From my Bleach fanfic cosmology, one of the Huit Abnégations du Nihilisme (Eight Abnegations of Nihilism), the eight strongest eight-horned demons of the 8th level of hell. In life, he was Ulquiorra's human core's brother, but as he was a nihilistic sinner, he went straight to Hell for his crimes, wherein he became a Devil.

Vetis represents Metaphysical nihilism is the position that concrete objects and physical constructs might not exist in the possible world, or that, even if there exist possible worlds that contain some concrete objects, there is at least one that contains only abstract objects. Thus, he can negate physical attacks but more esoteric powers and abstract powers are his weakness.

Vetis is similarly cold, callous, and brooding like his brother, but without that inner humanity underneath it, leading Vetis to embody nihilism that the enemies before him don't exist and is straightforward in killing them without bothering to break them.
