Description
(Cartoon Character Final Week)After 20 years, Rocko, Heffer, and Filbert were stranded in space. The rocket attached to the house goes back to earth, and landed in the 21st century.
So they take place in the late 2010's.
Rocko looked around in the new world with the touchscreens, toxic energy drinks, and food trucks. He doesn't have a good experience.
The Fatheads was Rocko's favorite show, he found the show creator the former Ralph Bighead (now Rachel). She set the show back on TV and created a TV special.
We're not in the 90s anymore, but Rocko is okay with the changes.
