I'm really glad someone decided to humanize this lovable little bug.
I'm surprised you drew it as a cute little girl, though - I always saw missingo as a rascally little boy, but the girl/dress-form does lend itself well to the awsome sgraggliness at the bottom. If the hair were similarly designed, it'd probably look even better (though perhaps not as cute).

I wanted to make it a girl, because there were already 2 boy ones out there, and I hadn't seen a girl one, so yes, I always found Missingno mysterious due to all the conspiracy theories about it, and all my drawings come out cute by default +_+ Which is annoying, cause I agree with you, she should probably be a bit more scraggy.

no problem :3 i had like 6 of them xD they were unstoppable! i went into the pokemon leauge with all 6 and ended up screwing my game up perminantly...*sigh* i miss my pikachu....

'Missingno.' was a strange and frightening glitch when I was still playing Pokemon. When I first encountered it, it had a striking resemblance to Ho-oh. Everytime I encountered it after that, I ended up fighting Blaine of Cinnabar Island gym! Very strange 
It totally messed up my game, too. I eventually erased my save file and started over from the beginning. It was more fun that way
