If mewtwo was in brawl this tottaly could have been his final smash! First the armour apperes on him and then he does kinda the same thing lucario did

So this is just Mewtwo before he blows away his armor? Or is it *the* mecha-mewtwo of Pokemon Live fame? Which supposedly knows all moves except for Thunderbolt/thundershock. Either way, good art.
