w00t! I have corrected the frame problems of my emoticons!
And created one hell of an emote from Excel Saga! At the end of Episode 20: The Best of Mr. Pedro, Excel and Hyatt do... something. Hell if I know what "Mitsuo, Menda, Naha Naha" means... It's probably something either very stupid or very explicit that someone's gonna reveal to me... and I'm gonna feel like a complete ass.... T_T Ah well... enjoy!

EDIT: Hyatt's right hand escaped my line of correction (frames carrying over; same problem as my nosebleed emote), but it as been corrected!
EDIT2: Changed their hands during the last part; they're open palms, not fists. And decided I could accurately portray that aspect in the emote... okay, too much talking, yes? XD

LOL I didn't make it either, so feel free. I stole it off a friend on LiveJournal several years ago, and never had a use for it till I joined devart. ^^
