One, ooh so lonely star,clinging to the void.

Trying out some black and white photography.
And this time I used my sisters Nikon Coolpix 2100, wich brings out details extremely well.

the high contrast is perfect
the left corner is a little too white maybe try a dark red on the lips so it would bring that corner in to the picture more

Fanns inte denna print tillgänglig i 51x76cm förut som 2'an i denna lilla serie? Har för mig det. Hade planerat att beställa de båda och sätta upp bredvid varandra men det går ju ej om denna inte finns i större storlek. Går gör det väl men går ej att få det som jag vill då

Kom på ändå att 2 stycken i största storleken ej skulle få plats på väggen. Ska flytta nu i helgen till lite mindre lägenhet. Men jag beställde nyss clinging to the void i 20x30cm och clinging to the void II i 51x76cm. Blir bra ändå kom jag på efter lite realisering i photoshop!

Oh, well, critical comments are most appreciated but I canot say anything bad about this deviation..
I like the composition much and the way picture was made so lit and provocating so many feelings in the soul..
...she was an angel...it seemed...in her eyes was some shine, making the people around being in her arms...forever...and she was doing whatever she wanted to..without any sense of sin...because she was an angel...

The black and white works quite effectivly with the composition of the shot. The camera captured an incredible amount of detail on the bow thing and didn't blur from being too close. It's beautiful.

Hmmm... and ADVANCED Critique....
That is difficult to do, sometimes, on a photo that seems perfect to me. This is a wonderfully compelling image and the contrast coupled with the black and white really adds the primary strength, IMO. Your choice of composition creates a very dynamic image. As the image is shown, I couldn't suggest much improvement at all. The 'bow' or whatever this object in the lower right portion is, could feel a little bit busy overall. It creates a good bit of visual competition with her eye, which should probably be my eye's final resting place in this photograph. Her eye is very strong and you have captured that nicely.

wow, that's so beautiful, it looks kind of like her eye makeup is being painted on. The skin is so smooth, is the models skin really that perfect, or did you photo shop it?
