This is actually from a nightmare I had once.

There was this evil couple who practiced dark magic and locked people up in their murder dungeon. This creature was one of their victims. She was originally a human woman with a child, but the evil people killed her child and turned her into this abomination using dark magic. They then called her the "hunting hound," and used her psychic abilities and sense of smell to find new victims.

Needless to say, that was a pretty messed-up dream.
