How have Disney ruined Marvel??? They've barely made a move with it yet except for sticking a couple of the Avengers into Phineas and Ferb for one ep. While this isn't a standard move, what's wrong with swapping things up just once, who really cares? Disney definitely has slid downhill from where they were say a decade ago, but they do know the histories of their purchases and aren't going to be doing radical differences anytime soon. Do you have a problem with Disney? Do you dislike Pixar and Star Wars too?

I like star wars its just I seen the way the spiderman movie was done with the changing of the suit and the way the lizard was done either Disney or marvel changed things and ruined the aspect of things

Ummm not really. This is why you would never see Wolverine or Spidey in an Avengers movie unless something gets worked out. Hugh Jackman even stated he would like to be in Avengers, but that'll probably never happen due to licensing issues with Sony. The X-Men and Spidey movies (both Sony) are set in a seperate universe than the Marvel phase 1 and 2 movies like Iron Man, Avengers, etc. Marvel has far less influence on the Spidey and Wolverine movies. Things like this aren't limited to just Marvel and Sony. Hell, Capcom is the company that owns Devil May Cry and they had a hard time putting the main character Dante in Marvel vs Capcom 3 due to licensing issues with DMC's creator which eventually got worked out. Very similar situation.

Also, some things you have said are pretty invalid. They changed Spidey's outfit (but he gets a new suit in the sequel which is the iconic suit) and as for changing the Lizard's looks, ummmmm lots of things in a ton of comic book movies way before Disney was in the picture changed a lot of things about the way a character looks and acts, etc.

I'm going to explain something to you cause you don't seem to know much about it at all. What Disney bought was Marvel Studios, the studio responsible for Iron man, Captain America, Hulk, Thor and Avengers. Now the spiderman franchise is owned by Sony, Disney and Marvel Studios have nothing to do with spiderman.
