Previous: Next:Here's installment of the comic that started out as outtake reel for Requiem with a Birthday Cake and since devolved into any dopey FNAF gags that come into my head.
This comic is part of a story arc which starts with Springaling 22: If Looks Could Bruise . Sorry about the lack of larfs with this one. There will be cheap laughs later, I promise.
Recently I've been getting irritated by the language in some of the comments on my deviations. I am by no means a prude when it comes to swearing; I was shouting obscenities at Rocky Horror before many of you were born. However, my Springaling strips are meant to be family-friendly, lighthearted fun (when they're not being all sadful like the current story arc) and I get really annoyed at seeing F-bombs and the like in the comments section. It bothered me so much that I recently jumped all over someone who didn't deserve it.
I know you all don't mean any harm, but please think before you type. Keep the language you use appropriate to what you're commenting on. In my case, hold it down to language you'll hear on prime time broadcast TV. Asterisks are also useful. However, if my deviation contains a lot of sailor talk, as my "Golden Era" deviations do (and they will be behind a "Mature" tag), then I can hardly complain about you following that example, can I?

Your description of Springtrap ought to be immortalized somewhere. Like on a plaque or his resume or in a song or something. Maybe we could write something to the tune of "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch."
They really need to chuck that pizza. But there's nobody to take out the trash any more. None of them can leave the attraction. So, they're stuck with it.

I know in the Springalings nothing is supposed to be taken seriously, but is this pizza perhaps from an alternative version of "Requiem with a Birthday Cake"? In which the night guard still brought it there together with the cake, but the different outcome compared to the original main comic is that Ian and the rest of the children didn't leave for the afterlife despite regaining their memories and BOB didn't burn the horror attraction down either.

Don't worry about continuity in the Springaling comics. I don't. In one Springtrap is a bitter, nasty antagonist; in another he's the team leader against the night guard, and in still another he breaks the fourth wall to ask the reader about a storyline glitch. The more serious storylines like this one have their own internal continuity, which may or may not affect the sillier strips.
As far as the pizza goes, it appears and disappears depending on whether it's important enough to draw. I only put it in here to provide a little comic relief with the flies.

Thank you very much for answering my question. I understand that not every Springaling follow a continuity except a few of them, but I just couldn't stop thinking about the fly-ridden pizza, weird as it sounds.

I think I just drew his folded fingers at the wrong angle. Too foreshortened, making it look like the hand is being seen from two different angles.
