Its really rare for me to submit big file like this O:
I'm exhausted finishing two commissions, while waiting for the owners' approval (a long wait) til I actually finish this (supposed to be a sketch onlyyy)
Its Neire, he's transforming to Dark Neire.
You can see the dark colors start wrapping him up :U

Neire is a biological-secret-weapon thing that used by the military. Whenever they want to do massive destruction to certain places, they'll send Dark Neire. Dark Neire is where Neire's at full strength mode. By transforming, he grew bigger and taller just to show he's different and also as a symbol that he's stronger than his usual self~
