Description
I thought I would draw a baby animal meeting its mother - a dragonet and dragoness. I drew the baby first and thought it might look up at its lifemate in such a way... I did draw the girl, though my scanner could not fit both and I'm lazy.

The clumsy dragonet tripped on one dripping wing and skidded over the hot sands, finally stopping short before it would have bowled over a bewildered Istan. A heartbeat of total stillness, a thrill of recognition. "Her name is Vyrinath!" The first introduction.
