Not often you find a Magikarp gijinka ^-^nickyflamingo poked me for chibi art trade but with MERMAIDS~ Enjoy Miss Manami and her Koi King friend!
I believe the character was initially designed by Shio-Inue (at least that's the link on the Toyhouse profile, so please correct me if I'm wrong!)
