It's a plumb bob and if you type in the cheat plumbbobtoggle on it'll go away but you have to re-enter the cheat every time you go somewhere.

I know how to get rid of it temporarily. CTRL + Shift + C. plumbbobtoggle + enter. It'll be gone until you exit the lot. This Picture: 99 out of 100
