THIS IS A SCREEN SHOT FROM MY LITTLE PONY FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC!Hello there every pony! I've herd a lot of people say Alicorns have to be Princesses.
In My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, Season 2, Episode 3 - "Lesson Zero" there is a background filly that is an alicorn, she is not a Princess.

To me, Alicorns DO NOT have to be Princesses. Its your own fandom and you can do what ever you want, Dont let anyone tell you other wise!
