This is based on, hm, a little theory of mine...
I was intending to post this earlier, but I just woke up -and- had to reassemble my computer *eyetwitch*

Mr Flufflebones... god I'm glad to be drawing him. Honestly, he's, so, FUN! Kishimoto's skeleton was better than I initially thought *compared to real ones* 6-tails Naruto is just awesome...
I drew this page the wrong way around. I drew the following page the wrong way around! Thank god for computers that can fix that... so you can read it 'right to left'
Can I just say.... I HATE drawing speedlines. Especially Kishimoto's, which are used to color the black areas. I totally, 100% prefer drawing backgrounds... I know that's weird, but god, I hate speedlines! XP
Please enjoy. You'll understand the picture if you find a certain detail. If you don't understand, you'll understand it tommorow.

1: If you don't know why Naruto looks like that now, you're magic! (and have avoided the internet for a few days, right?)
2: Please don't silmply cry for Hinata in the comments; I've already drowned in fandom tears and I had to build a boat to save Mr Flufflebones; he can't swim!

I kind of disagree, she draws for the pure enjoyment, and inspiration she gets, and does her art for HER...trying to tell her what to do in regards to her art isn't very nice..
another thing, if people had to censor their art for a fandoms sake, there couldn't be any fan art...

I'm not telling her to cencor ALL of it. I just think that since Hinata's death was so recent, that maybe it's not a good idea to post this that soon...and I'm just asking for a warning, to state that this involves Chapter 437, in a way that some fandoms might find somewhat upsetting. There's been things that are about Hinata NOT being dead, that I think shouldn't be posted so soon. I think it's too early to
A)In some cases, make light of the situation.
B)In this case, reinforce the heaviness of the situation.
Look, if she were drawing her art for only her, she wouldn't post it on deviantART, where other people can view it.
And I'm not trying to tell her what to do, if you read my comment, I say that whatever she does, even if it's nothing at all, I support her desicion as an artist.
I thank you for arguing civily, we don't get a lot of that on dA anymore...

Hinata's a fictional character; visavi, it's not making light of someone's death, no-matter how many fans she may have. If someone's experiencing as much mourning as a real person dying, it's not me that needs talking to about it. I will not censor myself to cater for uncommon attatchment issues, as much as I will not censor myself for homophobes.

You are definatly not making light of the situation in the slightest.
But, I don't think that I will win this argument, especially considering the fact that I am standing by my original statement that I will respect your decision.
But I do think that this is not an uncommon attachment issue, especially for sombody who's my age. I relate to Hinata in many ways, and I know that in her shoes, I would make the same desicions that she did, and the fact that she died not seeing that her actions had some benefit after all really hurts. It really, REALLY hurts. It speaks to me, making me wonder if I will die not knowing if my actions make a difference. That's why I don't like being reminded, and I'm sure other people have thier reasons for greiving the death of fictional charecters.
Every time I see fanart of Hinata, it just reminds me even more. Even pro-Hinata kinda stuff...and that's not going to go away, and it's rediculous of me to ask it to. But I think that replaying her death is something that can go away. That's why I brought it up.
I will not try to justify this argument with personal feelings, I just think that, even though you probobly didn't mean it, you insulted those feelings, not knowing how much of an attachment I have to this charecter.
I apologize. While Hinata has become a part of me, so has my artwork. That's the case with most artists, and asking you to censor that for me is extremely wrong and selfish. I'm sorry.

Yeah, but still posting her artwork, she shouldn't have to seek anyone's approval to do so.
Also, I doubt she was the first one to post anything like this. Its more a parody than any actual spoiler, and the chapter came out, what, 4 days ago? I'd say a spoiler warning should be posted if its before said chapter even was posted for viewing.
There's always a fandom that's upset, ^^ and I myself like Hinata very much. I'm not a shipper all that much, though I do have some NaruSaku pictures. But along with a fandom that's upset, they can also turn around, and hurt an unsuspecting artist for posting their own artwork.
I stand beside people posting their artwork as they envision and create it. All in all, is it REALLY worth even getting all worked up about in the first place? People do get pissed off so easily these days on strange things.
And yeah, I noticed a lot of the harsh debating that goes around these days, its freaky O.o

I think you are right, but I wasn't exactly thinking along the lines of a spoiler warning...but oh well. I've given up on it anyway, and I feel stupid for even asking. I feel like I've sparked drama, especially since Nekoni actually replied, and it's not a good idea to do that with a deviant far more popular than me. It'll bite me in the ass.
I'm not exactly pissed, more...sad. But I can't let my own personal feelings get in the way of someone's creative vision, I understand that. As an artist, it's hypocritical of me to do so.
It's not like she posted a gory picture of her death with the title, 'Ding Dong, The Bitch is Dead!' or anything...but a simple Bleach crossover, which could be easily inspired by any situation involving death.
And if I keep whining, Mr. Flufflebones isn't going to stay afloat anymore.
