Got bored at work and found the marker bag. It was kinda rushed just in case someone walked in (of course, no one did).[link]
For more info on the particular species of moth on fluttershy's nose.

My advice is to draw the lineart with pencil, then use the lighter colors. Once the ink dries go over the pencil in black ink. You should be able to avoid smearing that way.
btw I thought of Fluttershy as soon as I saw that moth, and I love this pic~
