It seems this pic is popular amongst the art thieves. Someone in the GaiaOnline Art Arenas is claiming this as theirs. I've reported them. I went and looked at the link below me. I reported them for tracing.

I've seen somthing similar, but I'm not that sure if its the same or not. I tried the links you posted,
but it says file not found. And besides, how am I supposed to know who is an art thieve, and who isn't? I don't want to report someone who wasn't tracing.
Also, I REALLY don't want to sound mean so no offense.

It's probably already been removed. I use TinEye to get some of my proof. When an artist is posting a fantastic drawing and all they have to day about it it "idk i wuz bored", then they've more than likely stolen it.

Yeah, I let her know it wasn't okay to trace and she needed to credit the people she was tracing. She marked my comments as spam. If she doesn't want to defend herself or do what's right, I guess reporting her is the only option.

I spent yesterday evening digging up 5 other originals she's traced. Do you know how hard that is? OMG. It's a good thing she traces anime...very generic anime. Keywords are a godsend. LoL I posted a link on each of her pages and then reported her. I'm giving her every chance to make things right. It'll really suck if I have to find the original for all of her traces.
