wow, that's really good! the texture and proportion is amazing! how long have you been doing this?
I can tell that u are a professional, so I know that criticism is what you actually need so you can improve EVEN more. I get that. so, the hair. the idea of it and the way it falls down on the head is great. but when doing a picture as realistic as this one, each hair really needs to be accounted for. I know that it really doesn't' sound fun, and like it will take way to long. but, if you really want to give it your all, that's what needs to be done. I know it sounds like I'm saying draw EVERY SINGLE hair on her head, but some times what you can do for short hair like that, is draw out the basic shape of her hair with the color of it. then, fill in the space with the main color of her hair. after that get slightly lighter ad darker versions of that color and with a much smaller brush size, draw individual strokes starting from the hair line. do this until the main base that you did for he first step, is barely showing through. also with the hair, when you did the 7 highlight strips, you kind of need to do the same thing. after you're finished with hair, zoom in, as far as you can draw a lighter version line on that strip. a short line tho, obviously. when you do thick lines for the hair, it makes it seem almost plastic like. I'm not telling you this is what you have to do, this is just a suggestion. don't take the criticism personally, its what every learning artist needs. and you never STOP learning. but besides that, its flawless. the lip and skin texture is really nice, and the wetness of the shirt properties is amazing. keep up the good work!

This is a semi-realistic style and I don't think the author seeks a totally-photorealistic-to-the-utmost-details style.
And I think the hair are thin enough not to look cartoony.
Every advice is good to take tho.
Lastly I'd advise you to put caps at the beginning of your sentences and make paragraphs, because your comment is quite hard to read, tbh^^

Okay, I hope you don't mind some constructive criticism, but I feel like there is a really distracting anatomical issue in the neck/shoulder area. The near (left) shoulder appears to be much shorter in width, than the far (right) shoulder, which for me, is really noticeable, as it puts her neck, offset to her left. This then draws my eyes down to how her shoulders are well aligned together, but that he chest is rotated on a different plane from her shoulders, pushing her right side chest out...a lot. The last "large" thing that distracts me, is that her lower back is straight, but her upper back is bent back and twisted at a somewhat unnatural angle.
About the gun holster...I don't know if you did this as a stylistic license, or that is how the commission request was made, but that is a very inefficient way to carry a firearm, that you intend to use. Not the holster itself, but having his grip turned forwards as it is. This makes it so she needs to cross-draw with her right hand, to her left waist, and then withdraw the revolver, which is sort of like trying to put your right hand in your left pant's pocket. Awkward, slow, and inefficient. And in any sort of defensive firearm use, if the threat is close to her, they could easily block her arm from getting to her weapon (Also, carrying a revolver with the hammer drawn back, is rather dangerous).
On the pure complimentary side; the colours, the details, the composition are striking, and very well done. The shading gives a great sense of depth to her form, and the contrast between her bright colours, and the apocalyptic scenery behind her is eye catching. It's also a welcome change of pace to see a female character, who is scratched from whatever sort of combat she'd been recently engaged in.

i think constructive criticism is good and should always be given, provided that it isn't an attack on the artist. I mean, our world isn't always unicorns and rainbows, and we shouldn't be burying our heads in the sand in order to escape reality, but we should accept and learn from our mistakes!
