What is the image that he traced from? The artist you linked has four pieces in their gallery and out of the four, I can only gather that this might be the piece you are speaking of.
Their styles are very different, and the only thing similar is the pose which is not even very close to the same. The deviant you are accusing has also been posting art here longer than the linked artist you provided, who apparently just joined two months ago.

And what style? Goti only paints over other peoples' art. His art style is extremely inconsistent. I have my suspicions that he paints over all his paintings, but I can't be bothered finding the rest of his sources.
