While the attitude was unnecessary, I can see the point that's being made. Judging by the length of the thighs, the legs would be too long. The legs almost always make up half the overall height of the body, where here the knees are basically at eye level already, where realistically they should be at around chest height.
It's an oversight anatomically, and while the pose is possible it gets thrown off by the length of the legs. Colouring looks good, and I'm not gonna argue that it's still an effective piece, just that there's a pretty noticeable oversight.

If you were going for a completely realistic portrayal I could agree to the leg length thing, but remember, which is also something people seemed to have trouble with at the Mercy fanart, this is fanart. Fanart is usually an exact or stylized portrayal of a fictional character, in this case, Tracer.
Now google Tracer. you'll see that her thighs are pretty much as long as depicted in this drawing.

I did actually go and look at a picture of Tracer, and found multiple pictures of her posing in-game with legs that match the proportions I described - the legs make up roughly the length of the body, knees approximately reaching the chest. It might if the artist was also using an art style that was similar to the game or concept art, but they're not. I actually threw the concept art into CSP to check, and the knee does come up to the chest, it's the lower leg (out of view in the fan art) that's longer than it should be, so I can't comment on that. So even compared to both models and concept art it's not really accurate.

the very first picture in google comes very close, but after looking into it some more you seem correct.
But checking my original hypothesis, I managed to discover something else.
Look at the way she's sitting, she's not sitting how your normally would when you pull your legs up, she's lowered herself a little further. If I replicate the exact same pose even as someone with regular legs, my knees reach the top of my head.

Thay may be true but ideally with foreshortening the knees would also appear smaller, since her upper body is lowered and directed towards the viewer. In that circumstance as well, the stomach would need to have more give, because it's soft and would fold in on itself slightly when it doesn't appear to be doing so here.
